Large or small company

For over a month I'm working on a new place. The current company is much larger in size than the previous one. Wondered how something once about where the best.

Work in a company, in a sense is a co-operation (in exchange for the time / power / young company gives money and sots.paket). With what company is better to cooperate?

I would highlight the following options (in terms of IT specialist):

  1. Tiny organization. In these usually 1-2 IT specialist.
